The world of energy is in the middle of a fundamental change, mainly driven by a fast increase of decentralized generation and renewable energy sources. This new system has dramatic implications not only on the technical infrastructure, but also on the economics of the energy industry.
Especially large power plants, traditionally the major source of profit for utilities, see a fast erosion of their margins due to fluctuating demand. Utilities must develop new business models, which create the possibility for profitable operations in a market in flux whilst accounting for the critical role of a secure and reliable energy supply for human society.
GreenCom Network’s Energy Information Brokerage Platform (EIBP) facilitates just that. By helping to harvest energy which at the moment goes to waste, we contribute to increased efficiency, cutting out the need for more power plants and avoiding CO2 emissions.
Our software comes in at a critical point, making use of spare capacity and fine-tuning load in the entire energy system.
Thanks to our EIBP we can assist utilities and ESCOs in managing and keeping track of their entire energy output and in interacting productively with their customers, including management of distributed power generation, down to the very last private solar panel.
We are excited to be part of a great change in the way electrical power is managed and provided to customers. Find out more about how we work on this website or contact us for more Information.
