Start-up from IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay specializing in SSA (Space Situational Awareness) of low Earth orbit, SpaceAble announces the signing of a partnership with Arianespace.
As the next five years will see a tenfold increase in satellites in low Earth orbit, leading to a new traffic management challenge, SpaceAble, a startup from IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay, is developing a service and innovative technologies to improve the reliability of low Earth orbit and enable its sustainable use. To achieve this, it can count on the support of Arianespace, with whom it has just established a partnership for its space data and the launch of its future inspection satellites.
Specializing in knowledge and monitoring of risks related to space operations, SpaceAble is currently the only company in Europe to cover the entirety of SSA (Space Situational Awareness, Space Weather, and Space Traffic Management) for low Earth orbit. Combining blockchain, artificial intelligence, and cryptography, the company offers two innovative products to protect the space environment: the ISSAN space data platform and the ORBITER inspection satellite, which flies in constellations and is capable of providing data in situ unique, especially for constellations in low Earth orbit.
The young company, a member of the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS), still needed to identify the best launch solution for its satellite. This has now been accomplished thanks to the partnership established with Arianespace.« As part of our analyses of future missions, we are delighted to be able to rely on Arianespace's launch solutions, particularly for our low Earth orbit inspection satellites, including the 1er A cubesat-type demonstrator is scheduled to fly in 2023..
