Frédéric Capmas joins the IncubAlliance team

In September 2018, the IncubAlliance team expanded with the recruitment of Frédéric Capmas. After twelve years dedicated to student entrepreneurship, this engineer by training, who worked for many years at IOGS, succeeded Patrice Durand as Executive Manager of the incubator. With his excellent knowledge of the ecosystem and his expertise in supporting students with an industrial background, he will provide guidance to projects on the product development phase. This recruitment reflects the incubator's ambitions.   

When asked why he chose to join IncubAlliance, Frédéric Capmas's answer is clear:« After dedicating several years to developing an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of the FIE (Foundation for Entrepreneurship) at the Institut d'Optique, sourcing projects in laboratories and companies, and supporting young students in their transition to entrepreneurship, I naturally wanted to support startups in a later stage of development. »"It was therefore perfectly logical to approach IncubAlliance, with whom Frédéric Capmas, promoter of a true culture of networking, had already been collaborating for many years.

In charge of supporting projects on the product development and intellectual property side, Frédéric will indeed be called upon not only to carry out his consulting activity with project leaders but also to consolidate the development of a network of industrial, academic and research partnerships to facilitate connections and bring value.

There are therefore many projects underway.« The task is enormous! We therefore expect a lot from Frédéric to meet the incubator's ambitions. »" concludes Philippe Moreau.
